We need an expert that is knowledgeable, detailed, accurate and customer service oriented to translate ACA and benefits compliance and implement the software tools for our rapidly growing client base.

You will need to become fluent in benefits and related HR topics within 90 days, already be HRIS and HCM system savvy, be able to demonstrate your ability to get rapidly up to speed with a new system, be detailed and accurate in data entry, and be ready to implement and service a client's every ACA and employee benefits need as it relates to our software and service within 6 months. You need to be able to overcome the challenges of constant updates to the legislation and cryptic compliance needs, while becoming a high level expert and go-to company resource within your first 6 months. Can you explain the difference between a 1094 and 1095 in plain language that anyone can understand? Do you know which businesses are most at risk? You will need to be able to answer these and a multitude of other compliance questions accurately and clearly, and to guide clients with a nimble hand.
