PAYDAY Workforce Solutions is seeking a Business Development Rep who is eager to jump-start their career in software as a service sales (Saas) If you are committed to being successful, willing to work hard to be successful, disciplined and work beyond the standard hours of 9-5, making $100,000 or more is very real. 

PAYDAY Workforce Solutions is, as founding partner of the iSolved network, fundamentally changing the way businesses manage their personnel through a single database software solution that includes payroll and tax, human resources, time and attendance, benefits administration and onboarding. The Business Development Rep will be working with and mentored by our highly successful Senior Regional Sales Manager targeting organizations with 40-250 employees via methods including, but not limited to: phone telemarketing, email and social media.

PAYDAY Workforce Solutions provides its sales team with a large defined geographic territory, a base salary, commissions, vehicle allowance, team events, and much more!

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through prospecting via referrals, phone telemarketing and cold calling
  • Set up appointments for clients to meet directly with the Senior Regional Sales Manager
  • Develop partnerships and network with other businesses
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to increase market visibility
  • Answer any questions potential clients might have
  • Provide marketing information on the company's products, services and solutions, using benefits and value propositions
  • Achieve or exceed activity, retention and sales goals and report results weekly
  • Meet with Senior Regional Sales Manager to complete account reviews and go over pipeline on a consistent basis
  • Work with operational staff to achieve client satisfaction and retention

  • Previous sales experience is desirable, but will train the right highly motivated, personable candidate.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a self-driven and competitive environment
  • Access to a reliable vehicle to perform day-to-day duties
  • Clean driving record
  • 2-year degree preferred but not required
