Implementation Specialist

The iSolved Implementation Specialist is primarily responsible for loading new client information into the iSolved HCM payroll software system from new sales obtained by PAYDAY Regional Sales Managers.  The iSolved Implementation Specialist ensures an accurate and timely transition from the prior payroll provider to PAYDAY. They are also responsible for client migrations from the Evolution software platform to iSolved.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support for the Implementation Team
• Contact affiliated government agencies and manage pertinent documents
• Prepare, collect, and reconcile funds for mid quarter tax payments for new and conversion clients.
• Setup general delivery options (ACC, USPS, UPS, etc.) prior to client submissions.
• Produce basic account "shell" in iSolved HCM for new clients
• Setup Billing for client payroll services
• Create payroll calendar for new clients according to pay frequencies
• Accurate and timely input of new client data (including employee payroll data, tax setup, etc.) into iSolved system and review for accuracy
• Balance prior wage and tax reports to prior quarter tax returns
• Setup complex deductions such as 401K, Simple IRA, Child Supports, G/L, etc.
• Apply knowledge of reports to create additional Report Writer Information 
• Accurate setup of Time Off Accruals
• Resolves client payroll issues in a timely manner by utilizing appropriate resources and knowledge of wage and hour laws
• Utilize knowledge of basic payroll taxes and the MasterTax software to import and reconcile client tax data
• Audits the work done by the peer Implementation Specialists.
• Client interaction and training for new and converting clients (including and not limited to iSolved: payroll, human resources, onboarding, and performance reviews).
• Communicate with PAYDAY staff to obtain and verify any missing or necessary items

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):

• College degree a plus and at least 2 years administrative and/or customer service experience (Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.)
• Fundamentals of Payroll Certificate (F.P.C.) preferred upon hire, CPP is a plus.
• Prior experience with payroll software preferred but not a must.
• Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work quickly both individually and as part of a team
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret policies, documents and regulations
• Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, vendors, and general public.
• Knowledge of Wage and Hour Law
• Understanding pre-tax deductions and post-tax deductions
