Payroll Account Manager

Payroll Account Managers are responsible for supporting a dedicated client base with 100-1,000 employees per client on software and payroll-related inquiries. Client support includes payroll, time and attendance, import tools, benefits administration, HR tracking tools and custom reporting within the iSolved platform. Our Payroll Account Managers are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both external and internal clients, and all PAYDAY employees contribute to the overall goals and success of the organization

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
  • Function as main point of contact for a dedicated client base
  • Act as a cohesive unit with other Payroll Account Managers and provide backup support as needed
  • Manage payroll schedule for dedicated base
  • Timely and accurately process client's payroll data, checks, garnishments and special reports
  • Train clients on various areas within the iSolved platform to maximize efficiency and client engagement in the software
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns within 2-4 hours
  • Support various departments with ancillary products as needed
  • Operate standard office equipment and use required software applications to produce correspondence, electronic communication and maintain spreadsheets and databases
  • Identify and resolve internal discrepancies.
  • Research employee questions concerning paychecks or pay in general.
  • Support and sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behavior.
  • Create and send Push and Pull forms, DD correction forms and Total pay correction forms to Cash Management department
  • Assist with Quarter End/Year End processing
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Education and Experience:

  • College degree a plus
  • Administrative and/or Customer Service experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Payroll Experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Knowledge of Wage and Hour Law
  • Fundamentals of Payroll Certificate (F.P.C.) preferred upon hire, CPP is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Evolution payroll software a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
