Payroll Account Specialists are responsible for processing clients' payroll data, checks, garnishments, special reports and for ensuring our esteemed clients' employees are accurately paid. Respond to client inquiries and concerns pertaining to all facets of the payroll process thus providing exceptional customer service.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Managing clients payroll schedule
- Timely and accurately process client's payroll data, checks, garnishments and special reports.
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns pertaining to all facets of the payroll process
- Provide exceptional customer service
Education and Experience
- College graduate a plus
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Payroll experience (minimum 2 years), preferably service bureau experience
- Customer Service experience (minimum 2 years)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
- Knowledge of Evolution software a plus
