The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for selling our SaaS based, Cloud Solution to C-Level Executives in Southern California. You will be targeting organizations with 50-300 employees. Solution answers problems within Human Capital Management and includes a comprehensive HRIS, On Boarding, Benefits Administration, Time & Attendance, as well as Payroll. This is a HUNTER role, no farmers needed! Successful reps are fanatical prospectors.

PAYDAY Workforce Solutions provides its sales team with a large defined geographic territory, a generous base, uncapped commissions, vehicle allowance, team events, and much more!

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through prospecting, networking and referrals
• Meet with C-level businesses prospects (face to face or via Go To Meeting)
• Lead platform demonstrations (with assistance from Solution Engineering team)
• Provide marketable information on the company's products, services and solutions, using benefits and value propositions
• Work with operational staff to achieve client satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and present price quotes
• Develop partnerships and network with other businesses
• Attend networking events and trade shows to increase market visibility
• Achieve or exceed activity, retention and sales goals and report results weekly

Qualifications

• Must be adept at consultative selling
• Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales, with consistent & verifiable success
• Salesforce / CRM experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a self-driven and competitive environment
• Access to a reliable vehicle to perform day-to-day duties
• Clean driving record
• 4 year degree strongly preferred
• Experience in Software, Advertising, or Benefits sales is preferable
